Dental Patient Information - Philadelphia, PA

How to Get
Started with Us

We understand that visiting a new dental office can be a bit nerve-wracking, which is why the Dentex Dental of Philadelphia team is ready to do everything we can to ensure you’re comfortable right from the beginning. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your appointment, and you’re always welcome to give us a call for questions. Plus, be sure to let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit as enjoyable and productive as possible!

Your First Dental Visit

Your first visit will revolve around two basic things—your dentist getting to know your smile, and our team getting to know you as a person. Both are essential for providing excellent care that is fully tailored to your unique needs. After we check you in, you’ll be brought back to an operatory and introduced to your dentist. You’ll have a chance to explain your goals to them, and then they’ll give you a comprehensive exam. They’ll go over your treatment options, put together an ongoing care plan with you, and then you’ll have a chance to ask questions before we escort you back to the front desk.

Online Patient Forms

To help us check you in as quickly as possible, please take a moment to fill out our online forms below. Once you provide the requested information and hit “Submit”, they will be sent directly to our team. By taking care of these now, we’ll be able to bring you to the back with practically no wait!
